Shipping

All products are shipped via DHL Express, with an estimated delivery time of 1-14 days, which may vary by region. You will receive tracking information via email once your package is dispatched.

Shipping Restrictions

Please note that due to certain country regulations, we are currently unable to ship to specific destinations. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
If your country is not listed at checkout, it may be restricted, feel free to contact us for confirmation.

Free Shipping Policy

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders over $50.

However, countries in our Zones 5, 6, and 8 may incur a small additional charge due to higher international shipping rates. We will still cover the base shipping fee (equivalent to the rate for the other zones), and you’ll only be charged the difference.

Example:

  • The shipping cost for a medium-sized package to Singapore (Zone 4) is $25
  • The shipping cost for a medium-sized package to India (Zone 6) is $30
  • The shipping cost for a medium-sized package to Brazil (Zone 8) is $49

In this case:

  • Customers from Singapore will get free shipping
  • Customers from India will pay an extra charge of $5
  • Customers from Brazil will pay an extra charge of $24

This helps us offer the most affordable rates while maintaining fast and secure delivery via DHL Express.

Returns & Refund Policy

We do not accept returns for size issues. Please ensure to check the size chart carefully before placing your order.

If your item arrives with a printing error or visible quality issue, we will replace it or issue a refund. Simply report the issue with clear photos of the item and an unboxing video of the package.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hour of purchase.


After this period, your order will be processed and we won’t be able to make any changes or cancellations.

Please note:

  • We do not accept cancellation requests after your order has entered production or shipped.
  • Pre-order and made-to-order items are not eligible for cancellation.

Customs & Duties

Customs fees are determined by the destination country, not the shipping origin. If your order exceeds your country’s duty-free threshold, you may be responsible for import fees or taxes. Please check local regulations.
